ABOUT ME.

Digital product leader with 16 years experience across financial services, software, healthcare and consumer products. Proven track record of delivering commercial value, including a 10% lift in total enterprise revenue across 3+ years ($400M), 10% increase in web-driven leads (in 3 months), ~40% YoY increase in digitally-attributed conversion rate, 25+% YoY increase in digital self-service volumes, and recognition as a Digiday Awards finalist.

Recently returned to Australia after 12 years in New York, USA with PwC's Experience Centre, where I was responsible for engagement pipeline and delivery, coaching and talent management, capability definition, and owned revenue and P&L.

WHAT I DO.

CX/UX
LEADERSHIP

Leader of high-performing, multidisciplinary teams across CX/UX strategy, research, design and development domains. I most recently was a Practice Director, part of my role being to scale and mature our internal research, strategy and design capabilities across the ~150 person team, including training, talent management, capability definition and knowledge management. I also had responsibility for my own portfolios' P&L, margin and revenue.

HUMAN-CENTRIC
RESEARCH

Lead and manage comprehensive discovery, research and user-testing efforts, utilising various qualitative and quantitative research methods. I believe that all strategic experience and design decisions need to be firmly grounded in empathetic, evidence-based research, and have clear connection to business outcomes.

DIGITAL PRODUCT
ARCHITECT

Architect of digital products, having managed and lead end-to-end across the strategic design process: from discovery and research, vision and design, through to delivery and launch/activation. I have designed internal workflow tools, customer-facing websites, and mobile apps across b2b and b2c. I strive to create digital products and experiences that are deeply engaging for users, technically feasible and commercially valuable.
